The short version
We collect the minimum information needed to respond to you and do our work. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we tell you plainly what happens to it below.
What we collect
When you reach out through our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, company, organization size, and message. That's it from our side — we don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
The one exception is your light/dark theme preference, which your browser stores locally on your own device so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. That preference never reaches us or anyone else.
How we use it
Simply to respond to you, schedule a conversation, and deliver whatever work you've engaged us for. Nothing you send us is repurposed for marketing lists, resold, or shared with advertisers.
Who else touches it
A short list of services this site depends on to function, each with its own privacy practices covering the data that passes through them:
- Our website host, which delivers contact form submissions to us
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and may log basic technical request data like IP address in the process
- Microsoft 365, which handles email sent to our published addresses
How we protect it
We limit access to client information to the people who actually need it to do their work, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise — but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
Your rights
At any point, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your information outright — unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate legal or business reason. Reach out using the contact info below and we'll take care of it.
A note on age
This site and our services are built for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we make a meaningful change, and reflect the update here before it takes effect — no silent edits.
